Tattoomorrow FAQ – the management app for tattoo artists

Getting started

Go to Clients, tap the + button, then the first round button (the QR code icon). It opens full screen: share it, copy the link, or take a screenshot to print and display at the counter.

Importing is manual: My account > Calendar > Import my calendar. The app detects the calendars on your phone; choose which ones to import. Appointments added later to your old calendar are not imported automatically: run the import again if needed.

The client file brings together their contact details and appointments. Each project (within the client file) contains the consent form, traceability records, photos, invoices and payment and deposit tracking. For a new tattoo, create a new project: consent and traceability are specific to each project and must be completed again each time.

In the relevant project, where you can download it as a PDF. A copy is also sent to you by email.

From the client file: they receive an email summarising all their upcoming appointments. Useful for a large project over several sessions.

From the project, within the client file: choose the tattoo or piercing aftercare sheet, and it is sent directly by email.

From the client file, tap “Send an email”: a free-text field lets you write your message.

Use the “nickname” field as a keyword, for example “peony shoulder”. Search will find the client using that word.

For now, in the client's notes / “about” section, with the photo of the document in the project's photos. A dedicated field is planned for a future update.

Calendar and appointments

No, and that is intentional: you stay in control of your calendar. Your clients fill in their file using the QR code, then you create the appointment in one click.

Yes: your client receives a reminder email 24 hours before their appointment. The wording is standard for now.

Yes, on iPhone, iPad and Android. Your data is synchronised across all your devices.

Subscription

For a solo tattoo artist: €9.90 per month or €99 per year. For a studio, the multi-artist subscription depends on the number of tattoo artists; the price is displayed in the app. With your first subscription, the first 2 months are free, and you can cancel through your store during this period without being charged.

Log out and log back in, then tap “Restore my subscription” in My account. If the problem persists, email us at contact@tattoomorrow.com with a screenshot of your receipt (on Android, the order number starts with “GPA.”).

My account > Subscription, then select the multi-artist subscription. If you subscribed before 2026, contact us at contact@tattoomorrow.com: we will switch you over manually with you.

Your subscription is paid through your store. On iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com, using your Apple ID. On Android: payments.google.com > Activity, then click the Tattoomorrow purchase to get the receipt.

Log out, then tap “Forgot password”: you will receive a link by email to choose a new one.

Email us at contact@tattoomorrow.com. Please note: deleting your account does not stop your subscription, which must be cancelled through your store (App Store or Google Play).

Data and regulations

It is hosted on servers in France and backed up every day.

Receiving invoices (mandatory since September 2026) is handled through your approved platform, often provided by your bank or accounting software: Tattoomorrow manages your sales, not your purchases. Issuing invoices and e-reporting (September 2027 for micro-enterprises and very small businesses) are on our 2027 roadmap, along with many other new features also coming in 2027.

Yes: a dedicated piercing aftercare sheet is included, and consent forms, the calendar and traceability work in the same way. The app is still designed primarily for tattooing.
