End client data

  • Last name, first name, contact details
  • Health information (consent questionnaire, contraindications)
  • Service history, photos, traceability records

Technical data

  • Device type, operating system, app version
  • Anonymized identifiers for analysis and improvement

3. Free tools on the website

The website offers free tools (consent form, rate calculator, aftercare sheet). When you request a document, we process the following data:

  • Data collected: first name, email address, studio name, information entered in the tool, optional logo, language, visit source (UTM parameters, referring page).
  • Purposes: sending you the requested document; sending you, by email, tips and offers related to Tattoomorrow (marketing to professionals).
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (B2B marketing to professionals for a service related to their business). You can unsubscribe in one click from every email.
  • Recipients / processors: Lovable Cloud hosting (servers located in the European Union) and Resend (email delivery service).
  • Retention period: 3 years from the last contact (download, email open or click), after which the data is deleted.

  • Provision and operation of the application (calendar, client files, invoicing, traceability)
  • Management of your account and subscription
  • Sending notifications and appointment reminders

Tattoomorrow subscriptions are managed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Billing is handled by these platforms. To manage or cancel your subscription:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions

12. Cookies and trackers

The website www.tattoomorrow.com may use cookies for analysis and user experience improvement. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies. The mobile application does not use cookies but may collect anonymized technical identifiers.

13. Complaint to the CNIL
